• "CHEKUPS" refers to the AI-powered digital healthcare platform operated by CHEKUPS Limited.

• "User" means any individual accessing or using CHEKUPS services.

• "Service Providers" include medical laboratories, healthcare professionals, and partner pharmacies.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

CHEKUPS provides a digital healthcare assistant via WhatsApp and other interfaces. Services include:

• AI-powered test recommendations

• Booking of lab tests and home sample collection

• Payment processing

• Receiving test results via WhatsApp

• AI-generated health insights

• Virtual doctor consultations and prescriptions

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use CHEKUPS, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

• Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements

• Provide accurate and complete information

4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

CHEKUPS does not provide emergency medical services. In case of emergency, call your local emergency services.

All content, design, code, and branding related to CHEKUPS are owned by CHEKUPS Limited. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any content without express permission.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CHEKUPS for breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

10. LIABILITY LIMITATION

CHEKUPS is not liable for:

• Medical outcomes or errors by third-party providers

• User actions or misuse of information provided

• Interruptions due to technical issues or force majeure

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
